RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Truth Revival Clothing LLC, every item is made to order with care and intention. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or fit, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. Sizing and fit can vary between garment styles. We cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges when the size ordered does not fit as expected.

We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Eligible Reprints & Refunds

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective, including significant print-quality issues, holes, or tears

  • Has a materially incorrect design, color, or print placement

  • Is the wrong product or size due to a fulfillment error

  • Is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance that are inherent to the printing process are not considered defects.

How to Report a Problem

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@truthrevivalclothing.com and include:

Subject: ORDER ISSUE

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the estimated delivery date.

We will review your request and generally respond within 2–3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate based on the circumstances. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Returns & Refunds

Because each garment is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to provide returns, exchanges, reprints, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or fit selected by the customer

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Personal preference regarding fit, style, or color

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Claims submitted outside the applicable claim period

  • Minor variations in print placement or appearance resulting from the production process

  • Minor color differences between the product and images displayed on a computer, tablet, or phone screen

Please carefully review the product description and sizing information before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges, including exchanges for a different size or color.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us. If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Returning an Item

Because our products are made to order, we do not maintain a traditional return warehouse. In most cases involving an approved defective or incorrect product claim, you will not be required to return the original item.

Please do not mail an item back unless you have received specific return instructions from Truth Revival Clothing.

If we request that an item be returned because of a production or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions regarding the return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@truthrevivalclothing.com.

Orders may be cancelled or changed only if production has not yet begun. Because our products are made to order and orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change will be possible.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Refund Processing

Once an approved refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
